Electro Bonanza! (BUILD WORKS NOW YAYY)

Make the most of your limited attacks with with creative chain-kill techniques!

My Submission for the 2026 Texas Game Jam.

Fire tethers with LMB, you can connect to enemies, and connect enemies to each other! RMB to release the line. Electric attacks will conduct through these,  allowing for massive and satisfying chain kills! Reel with R, activate Super Reel with the big red button in the corner, smooshing all connected enemies together at high speed.

Totally Sensible Story:

Here in the good 'ol year 2158, nearly every device and every thing is 'smart'. But when - as they often do - those pesky domestic appliances get a little too smart, they call up you: the friendly neighborhood electrical repair guy!

So when one of your clients calls saying the components in their electrical box are revolting, you know exactly what to do: you put on your super electrostatic pack, put your trusty cap on, get in your shrinking suit, and hop into the electrical box to put down the dissenting circuits! 

At least that's how the game started. Not sure what's going on anymore not gonna lie.

UPDATE: I was lucky enough to attend the in-person showcase, thanks to everyone who played my game! (and the only ones who played since the build doesn't work ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . Sorry the first 2 levels were so hard!) I was actually really surprised how many people really liked it!

Bravo to all the other developers there, there were some seriously amazing games!

I could not get a windows build to work correctly even with the 1 hour extension, so I used that time to make a better video on my end to show off the gameplay which is attached to this page (it wouldn't let me change the video in the actual submission so I put it here)

UPDATE: I fixed the build and made a few small bug fixes and quality of life improvements. Enjoy!
